10+ Educational Podcasts Worth Listening To!

July 15th to 30th is our online 2 week short Podcast e-course which covers how podcasting works, how it can help students learn, and what teachers needs to know and do to use audio podcasts with learners. Participants learn and use cool podcasting tools. The course will be taught by the incredible Carol Rainbow. Below are a list of over 10 educational podcasts recommended by our community! We hope you enjoy them!
Absolutely Intercultural- One of the first podcasts to deal with cultural issues and a great resource for language teachers. It has won the prestigious European Podcast Award and is managed partly by one of our extraordinary tutors, Anne Fox.
ELTChat Podcast- Listen to interviews with outstanding authors, leaders, and educators in ELT. The ELTChat crew also has interviews in most of the great language teaching conferences worldwide.
Element Opie- A series of various podcasts with various emcees, interviews, and topics. One of my favorites that I’ve been interviewed in is the Tightwad Teacher podcast. I also enjoy the EduMatters podcast.
#NerdyCast- Join Nicholas Provenzano for this zany, crazy, and fun series of interviews with education leaders. This one will have you laughing and thinking about education issues. Recommended by @Pronovost!
The Teacher Cast- Keep updated with the latest educational events (mostly US), apps, educational leaders, and education technology. Recommended by @danielscib!
Ctrl+Alt+Deliver- Join Jim Meeker as he explores EdTech Websites and software that will enhance your teaching and learning. Whether it’s Web 2.0 interactive websites or ways to become more productive. I was featured in this episode.
