Rachel Appleby

Rachel Appleby is a Consultant with TCE, where her work includes virtual teacher training. She is also an online and f2f trainer for the British Council, and runs EMI (Teaching with English as the Medium of Instruction), Communication, and Academic skills courses for clients in business, and in higher education. Rachel teaches freelance in Budapest, where she is based, including at Corvinus University on the MA in Communication & Media Science. She has also co-authored a number of course books including Business one:one (3 levels), and International Express 3.0 Pre- and Upper-Intermediate (Oxford University Press), as well as several teachers’ guides. Rachel speaks Hungarian, and some French, Spanish and German.
