    Please complete the enrolment form below, to ensure that you fulfil the course admission requirements. It will be sent to The Consultants-E, who will confirm your application, and contact you directly in the event of you having to submit any supporting documentation.

    Admission requirements
    If you can answer ‘Yes’ to statements 1-6 below, you may proceed to enrol, and pay the course and moderation fees. Payment of the course fee reserves your place on the course. If you have any questions about the payment process, please contact us.

    NOTE: You may be asked to provide photocopies of certificates showing your teaching qualifications and/or your level of English proficiency. In some cases, you may be called for a phone or Skype interview, and/or to submit a sample of written work to assess your language skills.

    NOTE:
    The Consultants-E will not tolerate plagiarism, cheating, falsifying information, or handing in work done by others as your own, during the course. Any participant found to be in breach of this policy will be dismissed from the course, and no refund will apply. By completing enrolment on this course you agree to these terms and conditions.

    I am 18 years of age or older

    I hold a pre-service teaching qualification such as the PGCE, Trinity CertTESOL, Cambridge CELTA, or a national teaching certificate equivalent OR I hold an in-service teaching qualification such as a Trinity LTCL Diploma or a Cambridge ESOL DELTA, or a national teaching certificate equivalent.

    I have at least one year’s ELT/TESOL practical teaching experience constituting a minimum of 15 hours per week over a 32-week period

    My level of competence in English is of a standard sufficient to enable me to fully understand and complete the course work

    You must have competence in written and spoken English, whether English is your first, second or foreign language. Your level of competence in English must be of a standard sufficient to enable you to fully understand and complete the course work. The minimum level of English language qualification accepted is that of Trinity ISE II / Cambridge First Certificate / IELTS 5,5 / TOEFL 500 / CEF B2. In some cases, you may be asked to provide documented evidence of an English language qualification. In the absence of a recognised language qualification, a telephone interview and/or a sample of your written work may be requested. ]

    Pay

    We take regular payments with Square and PayPal. We do not store your credit card details or have access to this information at any point during the transaction. Please choose one of the two payment options below (ensuring that you qualify for any Discount or Past Participant rate, if you select one). To pay on receipt of an invoice, or by bank transfer, please see the Other Payment Options below.

    Past Participants on courses with us are offered discounts on the course fees, as are those registering for this course within the Early Bird Discount period, but please note that we are unable to discount the moderation fee. Please choose one of the three course fees below (ensuring that you qualify for any discount or Past Participant rate, if you select one).

    To take advantage of these prices you must register and pay a £100 deposit more than one month before the start date of your course. You can either pay the £100 deposit on its own, and the balance later, or you can pay the whole fee at this time. The Early Bird discount gives a 10% discount on the total course fee (£625 instead of £695). We are unable to offer any discounts on the Trinity Moderation Fee.

    NOTE: if you use these payment options within one month of the start date we will be obliged to collect the difference between the Early Bird rate and the full course price in an additional payment from you. This will involve increased bank fees for which you will be responsible.

      If you would like to pay by credit card, please contact us and we will send you an invoice which can be paid online using a number of major credit cards. If you're having trouble using PayPal, then this should be your next option.

      note: our principle credit card processor is Square, and they handle all your financial information securely on their site. At no time during the transaction do we have access to any of your payment details.


    • Phone, by Credit Card

      If you would like to pay by credit card, please contact us on +44 07791 158 265 and we will arrange to process your payment over the phone and send you a receipt. Note that this number is often busy.

      note: our principle credit card processor is Square, and they handle all your financial information securely on their site. However, during this process we will have temporary access to your payment information as we process it using our credit card terminal. We do not store any of this information, but if you would be happier dealing directly with the card processor, please choose a different payment method.

    • Direct, by Bank Transfer

      If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please make a transfer to the following account. When making your payment, please add £17 to the course fee to cover associated bank charges. Ensure that your transfer is clearly marked with your name. Note that if incorrect amounts are transferred we will be obliged to ask for a subsequent transfer, and matching bank fees.
